Submit your case
Submit a case online with your prescription and digital scans, or ship us a physical mold. Call (540) 588-1602 if you'd rather talk it through.
William fabricates
Every case is personally fabricated or supervised by William. You'll get a call or email with any questions and when the case is complete.
We deliver
Finished cases are delivered to your office, on time and ready for try-in or delivery to your patient.
What to send with each case.
- Completed lab Rx form
- Impressions (PVS, alginate, or digital scan files)
- Bite registration if applicable
- Shade and mold preferences for dentures
- Any prior denture for reference if available
We accept analog impressions, digital scans, and a mix of both. We're not picky — we'll work with what you have.
Already scanning? We print directly from your files.
If your office has an intraoral scanner — iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Cerec, Medit, or any scanner that exports STL files — you can skip the mold entirely. Upload scans through our website, 3Shape Unite, DS Core, or My iTero Portal. We 3D-print final prosthetics in-house from your digital files — no outsourcing to a third-party print farm.

Warranty & adjustments.
1-Year Warranty on New Cases
Every new denture, partial, and prosthetic includes a 1-year warranty. Adjustments on new cases are always free.
Repairs Are Separately Charged
Repairs on existing prosthetics are billed per case. Most repairs are completed in 1–2 business days.
Delivery & shipping.
We deliver locally twice per week to offices in Roanoke, Christiansburg, Shawsville, Floyd, and Daleville. No extra charge for local delivery.
Offices outside our delivery area receive cases via UPS with tracking. We ship anywhere in the United States — digital cases from out-of-state offices are welcome.
Difficult cases welcome.
Big national labs are optimized for volume, not for complexity. Difficult full mouth reconstructions, problematic partial frameworks, and “this case has been remade three times” situations are exactly the cases we want. Send them our way.
