Take a digital impression with your intraoral scanner — iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Cerec, Primescan, Medit, or any scanner that exports STL files.

Send

Submit the scan to Masons View Dental Lab through your scanner's portal — DS Core, 3Shape Unite, or iTero. You can also upload files directly on our website.

Receive

William designs and 3D-prints your prosthetic in-house — no outsourcing. Delivered to your office locally or shipped via UPS.

Connect Your Scanner to Our Lab

DS Core

Cerec & Primescan scanners

Add Masons View as a Preferred Lab

  1. 1. Log in to dscore.com
  2. 2. Click your profile icon (top right) → select "Practice"
  3. 3. Click the "Preferred Labs" tab
  4. 4. Click "Add Preferred Lab" and search for "Masons View Dental"
  5. 5. Click "Add" — you're connected instantly, no approval needed

Send a Case

  1. 1. Scan your patient with Cerec or Primescan
  2. 2. Click the Dentsply Sirona icon → "DS Core Upload"
  3. 3. On dscore.com, go to Files, assign the scan to a patient, then click "Order"
  4. 4. Select Masons View Dental Lab as your lab, fill in the Rx details, and place the order

DS Core includes built-in chat so you can communicate with William directly on each case.

Connect to Our Lab

  1. 1. Open 3Shape Unite on your TRIOS workstation
  2. 2. Go to More → Store → Labs
  3. 3. Click "Add connection" and search for "Masons View Dental"
  4. 4. Click "Connect" — we'll approve the request (usually same day)

Send a Case

  1. 1. Create a new case in Unite and select Masons View Dental Lab
  2. 2. Fill in the order form — restoration type, tooth numbers, materials, shade
  3. 3. Scan upper, lower, and bite registration
  4. 4. Add any annotations or notes, then hit "Send"

Your scan, shade data, and Rx are all bundled and sent through 3Shape Communicate. We'll see it immediately.

Add Our Lab to Your Scanner

  1. 1. Log in to myitero.com
  2. 2. Go to Settings → My Labs → Add Lab
  3. 3. Search for "Masons View Dental" or enter our Company ID
  4. 4. Click "Connect" — we'll accept your request
  5. 5. On your scanner, go to Settings → Sync Configuration to refresh

Need help? Call iTero support at 1-800-577-8767 (Option 1) and ask them to add Masons View Dental Lab to your scanner. They can do it remotely.

Send a Case

  1. 1. Start a new case — choose iCast or iRecord (not Invisalign)
  2. 2. Scan upper, lower, and bite
  3. 3. Fill in the digital Rx, select Masons View Dental Lab, and hit "Confirm & Send"

Direct Upload

Any scanner — STL, PLY, DCM files

If your scanner isn't on one of the platforms above, or you prefer to send files directly, use our online case submission form. Export scan files from your scanner software and upload them along with your Rx.

How It Works

  1. 1. Export your scan as an STL, PLY, or DCM file from your scanner software
  2. 2. Go to masonsviewdental.com/submit-case
  3. 3. Fill in your practice info, select the service type, and upload your scan files (up to 50 MB each)
  4. 4. Submit — you'll receive a confirmation and a tracking link for your case
